These are live websites with the XataWorks Assistant built in. Each one is a focused assistant that works with one site’s real database, right in your web browser. It is not the full desktop browser, but it is the same technology.

Ask a real database a real question

Open one, press the Assistant button in the corner and ask in plain language. The Assistant plans the steps the way an analyst would: it searches the records, follows a bill through its votes, compares members and parties, and does the counting and summarising, answering with a summary or a table. On these sites you can try it without an account.

Parliament Explorer

Every Member of Parliament, bill and recorded vote in the House of Commons since 2004, and its debates, searchable by meaning.

Try: How has my MP voted on housing bills, and when did they break with their party?

BC Legislature Explorer

Every MLA, bill and recorded division of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia since 2020, and its debates, searchable by meaning.

Try: How often has my MLA voted against their party, and on which bills?

How it works

Each site publishes tools an AI agent can use, through WebMCP. The Assistant uses those tools to search and count, so its answers come from the site’s own records rather than from memory.
