More about permissions and guest limits
For each shared document or database, you choose whether someone can view or edit it, or design a database. Pro allows up to 20 unpaid guests, with no more than five from the same workplace email domain. People with their own paid plan do not count as unpaid guests. Common personal email domains and internet-provider domains are exempt from the workplace-domain cap.
Example: a parent committee sharing with 18 parents using mostly personal email accounts fits within Pro. A company sharing with 30 colleagues at the same workplace domain needs Team.
